A Sutra is a concise verse or complex spiritual concept reduced to a simple sentence that can be easily remembered and meditated upon. Sutras thread the teachings together and create words to live by. Kundalini Yoga suggests that a New Age calls for its own words to live by—as such, the Five Kundalini Sutras are our guiding principles for everyone to utilise and access as we transition into the Aquarian Age.
Australia holds the oldest living culture, and the traditional people have often shared from their culture the same as we believe in the Kundalini tradition. To live in true harmony, you must recognise that the trees, the rain, the sky, the oceans, the mountains, the land, and all living and vibrating things are you. They believe that we may have separate bodies, experiences, and perceptions…
