Ananda Devi
.jpg)
Ananda Devi first encountered Kundalini Yoga by chance—and stayed because something shifted and stirred a deeper knowing within her. What began as an experiment became a lifelong practice of inner alignment, curiosity, and joy.
Her teaching style flows with the energy of the moment—from gentle and spacious to dynamic and fun (often with a spontaneous giggle). This allows a space for people to come home to themselves—beyond the noise of everyday life—into the timeless pulse of the Soul: powerful, loving, and infinitely creative.
For Ananda Devi, sharing this practice is contributing to the energy of connection, between the finite and the infinite and between each other. If a spark of understanding, sensation or comprehension brings someone closer to freedom, love, or awareness, that illumination brightens life for us all.
