Her teaching style flows with the energy of the moment—from gentle and spacious to dynamic and fun (often with a spontaneous giggle). This allows a space for people to come home to themselves—beyond the noise of everyday life—into the timeless pulse of the Soul: powerful, loving, and infinitely creative.
For Ananda Devi, sharing this practice is contributing to the energy of connection, between the finite and the infinite and between each other. If a spark of understanding, sensation or comprehension brings someone closer to freedom, love, or awareness, that illumination brightens life for us all.

Eilish Bouchier
.jpg)
Eilish has been teaching Kundalini Yoga globally and locally for 15 years — and she'll tell you the practice never
stays on the mat.
She believes your life is the compound interest on what you do every day. That discipline becomes devotion the
moment you realise your practice is actually serving you. That the sutras aren't philosophy — they're operating
instructions.
By day, Eilish works as a creative strategist and brand consultant to founders and creative leaders, weaving
Kundalini Yoga philosophy directly into how people build businesses, lead teams, and express their identity in the
world. The sacred and the strategic are, for her, the same conversation.
Her two workshops at Tyalgum Ridge will move you — literally. Expect breath, movement, meditation, and the
kind of clarity that only comes when you stop waiting for permission and start.
Come ready to begin.
