4 magical days of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, community and conscious living.

KYFA offers a holistic and unique experience of a healthier way of life – it’s not just about yoga and meditation, but also about cultivating a greater consciousness of the food we eat, our family, relationships and sense of community.

In 2017 it was held in the beautiful lush surroundings of Mangrove Mountain, NSW.

2019 dates and new venue coming soon!!

Australian, NZ and International teachers and musicians deliver a broad range of yoga and meditation workshops suitable for beginners through to advanced. A dedicated kids program will be on offered throughout the weekend too. A regular yoga and meditation practice can deliver significant health benefits and Kundalini Yoga in particular has been proven to assist people with Alzheimer’s, addictions and depression. Research studies have also shown that people who participate regularly in yoga and meditation build communities that are less stressed, happier, healthier and safer.
As a not for profit event run entirely by volunteers we are very blessed and grateful to have such widespread support from our community across Australia and abroad – from the very bottom of our heart – THANK YOU!
