TALIA MOORE

Talia works and volunteers as a gardener/permaculturalist and has spent time in ashrams and temples over the years after being introduced to yoga as a teenager. Kundalini yoga, Japa meditation and kirtan is something she has began to practice in more recent years. In doing so we are able to be reminded of the qualities of our natural state of being. Singing mantras also has this effect, and is a powerful way to open the heart and feel the ability to use our voices not only in the practice, but also in our every day lives. It also brings clarity to the mind as we allow ourselves the time through meditation to process our thoughts and emotions and within the meditative state, see things for how they really are. She is very much so looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the experience of learning, loving and the light that kundalini yoga brings.

GOLDY

Greetings my name is Goldy, i am a dedicated student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. The discovery that nature is the greatest teacher showed me the abundance and success of life in the universe. As a human not being separate from nature we are also gifted with this natural law. My path is about returning back to the simple ingredients and accessing purpose in realising that we are living in abundance when in harmony with the law of nature, the law of dharma. I am influenced by experiential practise and studies on the roots of Yoga and liberation from suffering. Goldy’s approach to Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, non sectarian, modern perspective to awakening the primal power of shakti. Threading kundalini yoga, vipassana meditation, breath work, asana and awareness together he points the student to walk themselves through the doorway to buddha nature and listen deeply to their inner wisdom. His mission is to assist humans in connecting with nature, reducing depression and anxiety and most of all being HUMAN! Goldy believes it is important to grow a world full of compassion and goodwill to connect and help all beings.
