STALLHOLDERS & BAZAAR

You can apply to become a stall holder at Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia 2019 by completing the Stallholder Application Form.   Before you apply, please note the terms and conditions for stallholders, make your payment via the PayPal link below and then following the link at the bottom of the page to the Stallholders Application Form.

 

Stall fees are:

Own stall tent (up to 3X3m) and tables, no power – $100

Locked up shared space, electricity provided, bring own table maximum 1.8 metres – $150

Locked up shared space, electricity provided, table provided – $175

 

If you have any questions about selling your product or service at Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia 2019, or your tent is bigger than 3x3m, please email info@kundaliniyogafestival.com.au.

 

Note all stallholders must have their own insurance.

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:

The closing date for stall applications is 30 Aug 2019. 

 

STALLHOLDERS MUST PURCHASE A FESTIVAL TICKET BEFORE BOOKING A STALL

 

ITEMS FOR SALE:

The following items can be sold at the Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia bazaar:

  • Products and services related to yoga
  • Handicrafts and jewelery
  • Clothing
  • Food and beverages

Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia Inc. reserves the right to close down any stand and forbid the sale of any products which are deemed inappropriate to the nature of the festival. If you have any doubt about the products you wish to sell, please contact the festival organisers beforehand.

 

 

BAZAAR OPENING HOURS: The bazaar will be open from 8am – 9am, 12.30pm-9pm. 

 

 

POWER: Mains power is available, please indicate if you require this on your application form. Electricity / lights will be shut off every evening at 10:00 pm, no exceptions.

 

 

TELECOMMUNICATIONS: Mobile coverage may be limited. There is Wi-Fi coverage available to operate electronic payment systems. 

 

 

SUB-LEASING: Under no circumstances shall any sites be sub-let.

 

 

INSURANCE: You must have your own PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance to a minimum of $10 million broadform coverage. Please email a copy of your Certificate of Currency showing coverage beyond the festival weekend. Only 365 day policies will be accepted. Please note you are required to supply a valid copy of your public liability insurance by the closing date for stall applications (30 August 2019).

 

 

WASTE AND THE ENVIRONMENT: All participants are responsible for making Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia environmentally friendly. Your space will be checked for rubbish at the conclusion of the day. Please help to reduce plastics on site by providing paper carry bags rather than plastic bags. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for any waste left on your stall space and will be invoiced after the event, so please take your waste with you.

 

 

OH&S: All stallholders are expected to abide by any and all safety regulations and requirements to ensure that Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia is a safe and OH&S compliant event. You are responsible for OH&S training of yourself and your staff who are present at the Festival.

 

 

WEATHER/CROWDS: All stalls will be undercover. However please be prepared for wet or sunny weather. The Festival will go ahead regardless of the weather. Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia Inc. takes no responsibility for inclement weather or crowd participation.

 

 

SECURITY: Stallholders are fully responsible for the safety and security of their stall items at all times. The Bazaar area will be locked overnight.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is via PayPal through the link on this page.

 

 

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given if cancellation occurs before 30 August 2019 No refunds will be given after this date.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY: Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia Inc. is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

 

 

COMMUNITY FLYERS AND POSTERS  – In respecting our stall holders and the environment we ask that you do not hand out flyers or other marketing materials at the festival without prior agreement from the KYFA committee. There will be a table for community info where you can leave some materials.
