About the event
We invite you to join your Kundalini community this October 24-27th 2024, to immerse yourself in the energy of the 1st of 5 sutras, RECOGNISE THE OTHER IS YOU!
A sutra is a concise verse or complex spiritual concept reduced to a simple sentence that can be easily remembered and meditated upon. Sutras thread the teachings together and create words to live by. Kundalini Yoga suggests that a New Age calls for its own words to live by—as such, the Five Kundalini Sutras are our guiding principles for everyone to utilise and access as we transition into the Aquarian Age.
Australia holds the oldest living culture, and the traditional people have often shared from their culture the same as we believe in the Kundalini tradition. To live in true harmony, you must recognise that the trees, the rain, the sky, the oceans, the mountains, the land, and all living and vibrating things are you. They believe that we may have separate bodies, experiences, and perceptions but we all emanate from the same source.
As we enter the Age of Aquarius we need to recognise and embody this fundamental truth, that the other is me, that we are one and the same. In an age of increasing polarization, there is no more important time to remember that the Creator and Creation are One. When we remember and recognise this, we attune to the depth within our own consciousness, hear the depth in the other and place both responsivities before the Infinite. When we recognize
the depth of our interconnection, a mediative space of stillness opens, called Shuniya. Shuniya allows us to tap into the well of forgiveness, access our unconditional love, then heal all we come into contact with. When we recognise the other is me, we create the possibility for a revolutionary change of consciousness, to live a life of harmony and peace as one.
What to expect from this festival
It’s a time to get back to basics, camping, cabins, sleeping under the stars. A chance to unplug from technology, reset your nervous system, detox with healthy vegetarian meals. Workshops on Kundalini yoga, meditation, music, dance, swimming, bush walks, kids activities, lots of fun and plenty of time to rejuvenate on the healing land of the Bundjalung people.

The price includes accommodation, all meals (vegetarian and vegan options), and adult yoga program.
Ticket does not include linen. You can bring your own linen otherwise make sure you order a linen pack below by Sunday 20th October.
Getting to the Festival
Please arrive from 3:00pm on Thursday 24th October. Transport is availalble (not included with entry) via:
- local community Uber driver Darren 0432 168 230
- airport community bus (minimum 15 people need to book so this service can go ahead) from Gold Coast Airport return, details tba.
- by car, we want your journey to be smooth, so please drive through Chillingham and ignore GPS directions as Tyalgum Rd is under repair.
