Welcome to Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia!! Kundalini Yoga Festival Australia is a not for profit event to celebrate community and conscious living. It was held on 2-5 October 2015 and was the first event of its kind in Australia to offer a 3 day festival experience all about Kundalini Yoga, meditation, community and healthy living. We’ll be doing it all again in 2017, see you there!

So many of you who have given your time and energy towards our first festival.

Together we have created history. The foundation is now set for many more to enjoy a festival experience in the future as we continue to strengthen and grow our community.

We thank those who attended and those who couldn’t make it this time but still gave their support. We thank our sponsors and supporters and all of those who contributed to our Pozible campaign.

Thank you all and infinite blessings.

We look forward to seeing your radiant faces in 2017!

Light and love,

The KYFA Committee

As an alcohol-free and community-based event, the festival is open to all and families are welcome to attend. Australian, NZ and International teachers and musicians deliver a broad range of yoga and meditation workshops suitable for beginners through to advanced. A dedicated kids program is on offer throughout the weekend too.

In this ever growing stressful and busy world we live in, with more pressure and more financial worry, we need tools to de-stress and help us move through these changing times. The festival offers a holistic experience of a healthier way of life – it’s not just about yoga and meditation, but also about cultivating a greater consciousness of the food we eat, our family, relationships and sense of community.

A regular yoga and meditation practice can deliver significant health benefits and Kundalini Yoga in particular has been proven to assist people with Alzheimer’s, addictions and depression. Research studies have also shown that people who participate regularly in yoga and meditation build communities that are less stressed, happier, healthier and safer.

To all the Pozible pledgers who helped us reach our $30,000 fundraising target – THANK YOU!

As a not for profit event run entirely by volunteers we are very blessed and grateful to have such widespread support from our community across Australia and abroad – from the very bottom of our heart – THANK YOU!

      Hi Kylie
Great to hear you are interested in attending. We have a women’s workshop happening on the Sunday which might suit. At this stage we are looking into having one prenatal class over the weekend too but it depends on demand. Here’s a link to an article on Kundalini Yoga during pregnancy you may find of interest too – https://www.3ho.org/3ho-lifestyle/women/conscious-pregnancy

This is the only Kundalini Yoga festival in Australia but there are many others overseas including Sat Nam Fest and Summer Solstice in the US. You can easily find them using Google.
